Strength training in general is my "weak spot." I'll begin with good intentions when trying to get back into shape, but then once my mileage goes up I end up skipping it in favor of more mileage.

I'm the opposite, I really struggle to motivate myself for runs or bike rides but can quite easily get into a habit of daily strength training.

I used to live to go trail running. I had an unlimited attention span for it. This year I've at least re-established some consistency by getting out there 5 days a week, though I do quite a bit more hiking than actual running.

I did a mini bootcamp with the kids today. Plenty of pressups as my six year old is desperate to be able to score in the proper, 10 foot Basketball net. Needs to grow those guns!

I have now got into the habit of doing some sort of mini workout every day. Not much, just a bunch of squats, press-ups and sit ups or some other form of calisthenics style workout, but it's something and is building up a good habit.

My father-in-law has just booked a family holiday; it'll be my mother and father in law, me and the missus and our three kids and my sister in law and her boyfriend and one-year-old. It's not until next May, and my goal is to be in peak shape by then.

Figure I’ll weigh in here.  I am pretty active for 35 y/o.  I have a pretty regular workout schedule.
M: 1 hour of jiu jitsu.  1 hour of yoga if I can’t make it to jiu jitsu class.  Will also try to go on a walk to get a foreign language lesson in.
T:  approx 70 min upper body weights plus another 10 min on stair climber if I have time.
W:  Same as M, except sometimes I go to a wrestling class instead of jiu jitsu.
Th:  approx 70 min lower body weights plus another 10 min on stair climber if I have time.
F:  Same as M.
Sat:  Same as T, will sometimes grind out a little longer since it is the weekend and I have more time.
Sun:  Sometimes same as Th, but more often than not, I go on a run or ruck.  I used to do a 14 mile run every weekend, but since I moved, I usually stick to the 8 or 10 mile route.  I recently bought a GoRuck weight vest and have been doing the 8 mile route with 40 lbs.  My time is about 90 minutes running/walking.

I would like to get back into practicing archery, but it’s hard when I already gave up three workouts/runs per week to do jiu jitsu.  I intend to start doing the 3D archery course again with my 40 lb vest to turn it into a workout.  The course is 30 targets over about 3 miles through the woods.

I went on vacation last week, and I ate and drank way too much every day.  But I actually weighed less when I got back because I worked out pretty hard every day.  The resort had a great gym.  Then we did a 12 mile in-and-out hike with 4800 feet of elevation gain, and another hike that was only about 5.5 miles but with my almost 3 year old in a backpack carrier.
