I didn't necessarily mean we needed a separate forum for it, at least not at this point. However, someone had brought it up to me that the simplistic style of TGC's layout is why people are not interested. However, I am a fan of the more simplistic nature.

My last post came out wrong, how I worded the ideas I was having were a bit confusing and misleading.

I'm open to all ideas on how to make this place more attractive, creating, designing and maintaining forums is not something I'm particularly skilled at so I won't be in the least bit offended!

This is not a diss to Chaos(because I'm not actually aware of how their board works) but they're probably attracting members that like complicated things. When people get worn out of the complications or people who appreciate the simplistic come along then TGC will thrive again.

I mean to throw around ideas: they have implemented some sort of credit system at Chaos though if it's for anything significant I'm not sure. That's about the only idea I was interested in knowing more about. If it's just for OOC bragging rights or has come kind of IC usage.

Right now I think TGC is perfect for the amount of members we have. Even when there's more members I'm not really sure if it's wise to add anything except maybe faction forums but it's still too early to even make that decision in my opinion.

Not that it is even remotely possible, but I wouldn't want TGC to get to the level Chaos is at. When I decided to have a crack myself at getting TGC going again I just hoped to attract 10-15 of the old crowd to come back and post regularly, that was the dream.

If I remember correctly Tefka was the leader of TRF and the head of the first major rift in TGC history. I joined TGC at the tail end of that debacle.

I am almost certain that Chaos has been around for at least a decade and was originally Fiera Marzullo's board or that she had migrated there at some point in time during a subsequent rift at TGC.

I have trolled Chaos the past few months but I never joined it. Actually, when I decided I wanted to roleplay again I noticed TGC was back and that Chaos was still around at the same time.

Then after a little rummaging through Chaos I decided back at TGC is where I wanted to be.

Who was Tefka when he was at TGC? My memory is a little hazy, but The Rebel Faction was set up by Organa Solo, who was an admin at TGC, but I think she quickly took a back seat. I can't really remember who the main people were running it. Sith Ahnk?

I popped into the Discord when I attempted to get this board going to raise awareness but they went pretty nuts about it. I thought it was a bit strange that I got such a strong reaction to a pathetic little message board that is in no way a threat to Chaos, and never would be. I wondered then whether he had a different alias that I had pissed off in a previous lifetime.

I remember Fiera Marzullo, I used to get on well with her back in the day. I used to play her IC brother, Neo Marzullo.

I dont know. Either way, TGC is their competition so it makes sense to me they didnt allow you to advertise there.
