What can I say, I'm an early riser. Of course I'm ready for lunch at like 9AM, lol! But I do also go to bed pretty early, especially on weekdays. Though that is usually followed by a couple of hours of podcast or music listening before actually going to sleep.

When I was a kid, my parents never used to go to bed before midnight and I remember thinking I cannot wait until I am an adult and can stay up that late.
Now I am a parent, I do not know how they did it. I regularly go to bed at 10pm and it's very rare that I am not in bed after 11pm. Sometimes I'll be awake in bed at that time doing Sudoku or reading, but I will nearly always be in bed.

hehe yeah. Okay, so this place isn't glamorous anymore. But I easily fell right back into the habit of checking in every morning, and usually again before bed. At this point we're years past being an active community, but back in the day I always used to scoff at the excuses people would give for not dropping by - 1) as if I needed to know their reasons, and 2) as if they couldn't find a couple of minutes in their day if they really wanted to.
